We are proud to be the very first gourmet s’mores cart in California, and to be one of the few existing s’mores carts in all of the United States! We are a women-owned and operated business based on the Central Coast, and we are excited to bring gourmet s’mores to your next event!
Elyse & Kelley are two creative entrepreneurs who met while growing their own individual businesses in the wedding industry, Elyse Events & Kelley Williams Photography. They quickly became BFFs and dreamed of someday owning a business together. Elyse & Kelley bonded over long days of back-to-back venue tours, planning editorial shoots, working weddings together, and weekly sushi dates!
After several years of working side by side in the wedding industry, they started to notice a trend towards unique event experiences. This, combined with their fierce love of sweets, set the brilliant idea in motion (exactly 1 day before Elyse’s 29th birthday). 8 Months of blood, sweat, and tears later… The S’mores Cart was born! They couldn’t be more thrilled to finally share this passion project with you!
